ABOUT M. KNOWLES
Knowles is a versatile artist with a strong foundation in both the performing arts and marine sciences. He graduated from Savannah State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Science/Technology, complemented by a minor in Theatre, in Fall 2012. As a certified scuba diver, he merges his passion for the ocean with his artistic endeavors.

He is a charter member of the Collective Face Theatre Ensemble in Savannah, Georgia, under the direction of David I. L. Poole, and has performed in Flyin' West (Will) at the West Coast Black Theatre Troupe in Sarasota, Florida.
Expanding his artistic repertoire, Knowles has ventured into writing and directing, with several short films to his credit, including Keep Going, Our Deaths Made You Free, The Raven, and Fed Up. He has also participated in the Breakthrough Acting Seminars in Los Angeles, California, under the mentorship of Choice Skinner.
In addition to his acting career, Knowles has demonstrated his musical talents by performing classical arias under the guidance of Heidi Bindhammer and participating in the Harrower Opera Program. His studies in opera and music history at Georgia State University and Morehouse College, under the direction of Dr. David Morrow, have further enriched his artistic journey. Knowles was also a member of the Trey Clegg Singers in Atlanta, Georgia.
Currently, Knowles is making significant strides in the film industry, with appearances in The Assistant, The Assistant 2, and Blinded By The Bag. He has contributed featured background work for prominent films including Coming to America 2, Respect, and Black Panther 2, as well as various television shows. As an internationally published model, Knowles continues to inspire audiences with his diverse talents and unwavering dedication to the arts.
